IN NO EVENT SHALL GREEN LANTERN PIZZA'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GREEN LANTERN PIZZA IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00).

The limitations of liability set forth in this section are a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between you and Green Lantern Pizza. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
